Courses
The MPT in Neurology equips physiotherapists with in-depth knowledge and specialized skills for the assessment and rehabilitation of individuals with neurological impairments. The program covers a wide spectrum of disorders such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and cerebral palsy. Academic modules integrate advanced neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, motor control, and clinical neuroscience with practical training in neuro-rehabilitation techniques including proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), neurodevelopmental therapy (NDT), and balance training.
Clinical exposure in neurorehabilitation centers and neurological units allows students to develop expertise in planning and executing patient-centered therapy programs aimed at restoring functional independence, improving coordination, and enhancing quality of life. Graduates of this specialization are well-positioned to work in multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams, contribute to research in neurophysiotherapy, and advance professional standards in neurological care.
"Our Physiotherapy course is dedicated to building skilled, compassionate professionals. We focus on hands-on learning to help students restore movement and improve quality of life."
